Tina is a Florida native, and graduated from FSU with a business degree in real estate, and has been in real estate sales for over a decade. Prior to real estate becoming her full time career, she pursued other interests. Tina is a certified paralegal and has previously worked for a personal injury law firm. She also ran her own personal training business, teaching not only private sessions, but also group classes.
Although Tina may have pursued other paths, she quickly found that her true passion was real estate sales and set out to make that her career. She started out with a focus on representing buyers, but soon switched to being a listing agent with a focus on REO sales. Working in the Pensacola area, Tina quickly built a solid client base that included military relocation clients, banks and asset management companies, as well as residential home buyers and sellers.
Having always had a goal of being a broker/owner, and knowing how much being a broker could expand her business, Tina earned her Broker's license in 2014.
Once settled in St. Petersburg, Florida Tina joined a new development section of a prominent luxury real estate brokerage. She was assigned to the sales team at Kolter's Water Club Snell Isle, selling out the building. Tina became a true expert when it came to luxury waterfront and condominium sales. She learned how to "paint the picture," showing and highlighting each feature at exactly the right time. During this time, she also expanded her REO client base and in 2017 and decided to open up her own brokerage.
Tina specializes in the sale of REO, luxury, new development, probate properties, and divorce real estate sales. She is proud to say that she has sold properties for as little as $10,000 as well as million dollar plus luxury homes. Her clientele includes: banks, asset management companies, real estate funds, luxury property sellers, military relocation, buyers and estate executors. Tina prides herself in going above and beyond for her clients and believes in customer care.
With her fifteen years of experience comes a fresh approach and mindset. Tina believes in exceptional personal service and also believes that when you hire her, you get her. She does not pass her clients off to assistants to handle them for her. Her main goal is in doing what is best for her clients interests and bottomline.
